Like many businesses, NorCal Fresh Scent was using pen and paper and a messy trail of spreadsheets to manage their complex business processes.
This led to key tasks not being completed, reminders being missed, inconsistencies in reporting and generally, a less than optimal experience for their customers.
They needed a digital system that helped them organise and collect their data in a user-friendly form that their staff could use while they were on-site at a customer location.

We built Fresh Scent a powerful custom app that helps their service techs easily log and manage jobs on the go.
Service techs can access the app on their phone while they're on-site and admin staff can access the app from their desktop computers at the office.
